Here's the exact prompt I use with Claude/ChatGPT:
"Based on this sales conversation [insert call transcript or detailed notes], write a 3-paragraph deal summary addressed to [Client's Name]. Structure it as: 1) The specific business challenge we discussed, 2) The solution we aligned on and expected outcomes, 3) The cost of maintaining status quo plus logical next steps. Use their exact phrasing and terminology wherever possible. Tone: consultative business partner, not salesperson."
Pro tip: This works with Zoom transcripts, Gong call summaries, or even bullet-point CRM notes. The AI fills in the gaps and mirrors their communication style.
